Yellow Rose

My classed will end at 8:30 pm.

I didn’t expect that his willing to wait for me at that span of time. So, after my class, when I went down to the lobby looking for him, I saw him talking with my classmates who is absent in that subject. It is our daily routine (peer group) to walk from Bankerohan to UM Bolton just to spend time talking to them and bound together. So at this time my boyfriend is in with us, mingle and chikka for a meantime. There is flower shop where we passed by and that’s the time my boyfriend asked me “my, Do you want a rose?” then I suddenly replied “Yes I want it” Den he immediately bought me a rose. And that’s it!..

I received a yellow rose from him. Thank you for the flower dad, I really appreciate it and keep it as my treasure in life. I really thank God for not letting us fall apart.

I’m hoping and praying that we are destined together with our God Almighty.

So let us keep our relationship and strengthen it everyday.

Have faith dad, and we can overcome this!..

Doing my Past Time

During my past time, we usually play cards with my classmate. I enjoy playing card especially when there is money involve while playing it. You will be entertained and at the same time you earn money. Sometimes I am defeated by my classmates, but most of it I won. It is interesting because, players have to exert strategies and effort to think wisely just to win the game. I really enjoy it, but above all I’m also curios in playing online casinos. Like; in what process shall I undergo when I play online casino; wondering if the feeling of excitement while doing it on the public is still the reaction when you do it through online. So, I’m hoping that I can play online games.

Many Pacquiao is a boxing player since he was 16 years old up to the present. Currently ha had his fight against Dela Hoya at Las Vegas. The battle was end at 8'th round. It was an amazing event, Filipinos were too busy watching his fight against Dela Hoya including me. As i watched the television, the moves of pacquiao were so terrible that even I caught an attention to watched his battle. I'm not a fun of pacquiao but still I distinguish him as a strong person, a fighter and never been a loser. He gave honor to our country that made the Filipinos proud of him, even me. I am proud of what he achieved in life. His just an ordinary person before but because of his determination to fight against the circumstances in life. He is now one of the riches here in the Philippines.

So, to those who love Pacman, follow his thrones for you to be successful in life

Re-Treat at St. Benedict Monastery

The computer science students of UIC had their retreat at St. Benedict Monastery located at Cogon, Digos. They spent 3 days and two night with the monks and Nance. The place was so nice, full of flowers and trees. They also have animals. The ambiance of the place is so relaxing, maybe because of the quite place. The place helps you me to meditate and reflect from what father Istong taught us. He taught us about the cycle of life, how important that families and how to handle life problems that made us discourage in pursuing life. I really admire him for the ideas he impose to us, his perception in life, and his love and words wisdom. He is really one of a kind priest. He really has the sense of humor wherein he can entertain people at the same time share the words of God. God is really good.

And from our retreat I had so many things to discover towards life. Also I realize many things, like; we are made according to Gods image and Likeness. So there are no reasons for me to felt this way, a feeling that is uncomfortable thinking that I might not good enough to be love by someone.

Fr. Istong and God word helped me to mold again the Ellen Navarro that has a self confident and a fighter in every circumstance that I encounter along my way. They helped me to be strong.

I really love spending time with Fr. Istong, I didn’t felt bored. Because what he taught for us really install in my mind. And I’m hoping that even if the session was already done, I still hope and pray that I may continue what I’ve learned from him.

Life is meaningful, full of challenges, downfall, problems, circumstances, sorrow, frustration but sometimes there are also happiness, appreciation in one's action, love.. everything. Life is beyond you and God.

In my college life, I am encountering several problems and it concerns with my studies and love life. Sometimes, I easily get tired and feel frustrated when it comes to a point, when I feel that I will fail.

Right now, me and my boyfriend are now suffering in making this thesis, it is one of our major requirements in order for us to graduate. Everytime I saw him with that lonesome face, I easily get affected, to the fact I cried and change atmosphere from fine to bad mood. And as of now, he is facing problem regarding with his thesis. I want to help him in order to ease his problem, but I’m not good in programming. I can only support him but I cannot help him. And because of that I hated myself. I ‘m so disgusted..

Sorry daddy if I’m not smart, sorry if I can’t help you nowadays. I’m so annoyed of myself knowing that I can’t help the person I love. Just pray daddy!.. I know God won’t give us problems that cannot be solved. It would be fine just believe in our God.

• From this Analects of Confucius, for me it varies about the values of a person. In everything we do, there is learning that we earn after what we have done. There are choices that make your personality change. And for that, we must identify what are the bad habits and the good habit. Do good traits and if do bad things, we correct ourselves in our own way.

• We should value on the things that we have learn because in time, it helps us to mold our personality. By not letting others take it away from you. You want someone that you cant afford to lose. You are Aiming for something. It is just like, you are dreaming of someone that you think it will never come into your life, but when you are dreaming about him/her, you don’t want to wake up because you love what you are dreaming for.

666 is REAL

Just yesterday, we celebrated the Anniversary of Zaphenath Paneah. The party was excellent and smooth sailing. Well, after our diner, ate Mary Ann Guadalupe, introduced us from the video entitled "666 is REAL". I was so effected from what I’ve saw in this film. It shown the possible things happened in this world. The statement was taken from the bible in Revelation 13: 16-18; “16 He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads,17 and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.18 Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man: His number is 666.” And I definitely be on the same mind from what the creator said and testified in this movie; “from barter to cashless society”. What does that statement talked about? right now, ATM, Smart Card, G-cash, E-commerce are now demand rather than bringing your money to go shopping, hangouts or even having business affairs. And from that, Satan or the beast control the community because of money. Many people were, mesmerized when it comes to cash. And when that time comes that Satan control the Earth and no one can buy or sell things unless you have your mark “666” in your forehead or in a right hand. Don’t you think it is so fearful, when that day come? We cannot no longer justify when this things happen. So rude!.. I cant imagine myself, having that marks, and follow what Satan want me to do.. dahhh!.. Well, I know, I can't experience that rude thing, because I have my God to protect me. Psalm 27: 1, for He is my light and my salvation; to whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? Philippians 4: 19, And my God shall supply all my need according to his riches in glory bi Christ Jesus.
